A Channelled Writing

As I was clearing out old files, I came across a folder with
a few of my channelled writings
from a few years back. When
I do writing of this sort, I just let the words come through and
jot them down. In this particular writing it begins with some questions.

The light of love comes through me.
Open yourself at the heart level to proclaim that which is yours and mine.
To be together in eternity is the quest of your life but it is the path through which all travel, tightly connected to the source of me.

Q: Where do I go from here?
Here is here, and where you choose to go is where your heart leads you-
down the path of eternal existence.

Q: Can you explain some of the life mysteries to me?
What is a mystery but that yet you have not uncovered.
Lift the veil, enter into the light of the kingdom with an open heart
and the mysteries will be revealed.

Q: How did life begin?
Life begins with the creation of The Movement.
Moving outward and inward simultaneously
to reach the clearest depths of the unknown
to transform into that of knowing.

Q: This all sounds too out there for me, can you reach
me with a clearer voice I can understand?
Life, my dear, is genuine.
Life is full.
Life is divine.
Life is the way to the depths of knowing and being.
Life is your experience, my experience.
Life is connected as one great web in the flow of energetic movement.

Q: Tell me about existence between lifetimes here on earth.
A place of beauty.
The soul’s journey homeward.
Forever striving for perfection.
Meeting with the unity of others.
In between, is a place of resting and rejuvenation,
preparation for the times to come,
review of the journey passed.
Life in between is an eternity of knowing that which is.

Q: Tell me about a time when I lived here before.

The darkness of the nights gave rise to the destiny you followed.
Brought in to lead, you fell short of your desired task.
Fear entered into and controlled your very movements till the end.
This time, while you are here, you are charged with the teachings
you left behind before. You decided to give it a chance to prosper
within, to attempt to tackle the fear of the times, to help yourself
and others move out of the darkness toward the light. Let you not
get caught like a sticker branch on a gate or fence. Disengage from
the self within and go deeper to make contact with the essence of
your true being.

Q How can I achieve my current desires?
Drop the fear of need.
Believe it is so, and it will appear.
That which you need is well within reach,
you just need to extend the
arms of faith toward that which is and it is
your for the grasping.

Q: Talk to me- tell me anything!
A mountain is but an illusion.
The sky is but a vision of non-clarity.
The sound is to be followed.
The reasons you need, are not needed.
The quest you search for is within.
Open the door, you have the keys.

Comment: Just letting the voice come through now without any questions.

My eyes burn with the tears of others who are left unfilled.
A cup of rye is there.
Where am I going?
What do I see?
Everything seems to be swirling about me in a sea of eternity.

The night’s darkness rises from the hallowed ground reaching toward the eternal light.

That which is—say!
Go and be who you are and what you are meant to be.

See through the eyes of compassion.
Feel through the hands of the divine.
Taste the morsels of immortality as it is given
in every moment of your life.

Hear these works and shout them to the crowds who need them.
Whisper to those who want them.
Cry in the evening, of the souls who refuse them.

Let is be to known that all is as it should be
and any time you encourage,
you succeed in moving closer to who you are
and what you are choosing to experience.

The choice is but yours and
cannot be thrust upon another.
The wisdom you can provide is in giving that which you have to offer
in a manner which is truly from the divinity of me.
Knowing that you try to reach the perfection within yourself
is the ultimate goal of success in life.

I am that which Is.
You are that which you Become.
Together we Are.
Let this be what enlightens your way.

Kaleidoscope

I wrote this poem one night when I was supposed to be writing a paper
for one of my classes. It just came out and I really liked it.

Sitting alone, what do I see?
A kaleidoscope of experiences, I’d like to call me
An essence of divine swirling about
A blending, a merging, new patterns throughout.

My perceptions shift with an arrangement of moves
each turn of the tube, creates a new found truth
Sometimes frightening, sometimes divine
But hopefully, an awareness of the heartfelt kind

To look deeply inside, peeling off layers of debris
This ir really hard work, this looking for me
Just when I think, “Oh, it feels comfortable here”
A little voice says- “Not so fast, you have much more to clear”.

Each moment in time holds a teaching of being
Opening myself, enables this kind of seeing
Of the subtle, the messages, the two way flow
The keys to development, the direction to go.

And so, I journey on, to connect to my source
To really experience it, to learn from my course
To not only know, but to feel and to be
The wholeness, the one, who truly can see

The divinity of God
That exists all around
From the simplest among us
To the deeply profound

Sitting alone, what do I feel?
A kaleidoscope of experiences, that make me real
An essence of divine swirling about
Of it’s connection to me, I have absolutely no doubt.

10 Ways to Jump Start Your Day

Before Getting Out of Bed:

1. Express Gratitude…
Take a moment to send a few mental Thank You’s out into the world…for seeing another day, for family and friends, for having your health, your job, a roof over your head, or for whatever you situation may be. Realizing you are already living in a blessed state of being, helps to energize your day.

2. Thump the Thymus:

The next three suggestions are adapted from Donna Eden’s book Energy Medicine and should be part of everyone’s daily routine to help strengthen and energize the body. The thymus gland contributes to the development of a strong, healthy immune system. By tapping on this area first thing in the morning, and then a few more times throughout the day, we are keeping this gland stimulated. So where is the thymus? Picture Tarzan pounding the center of his chest, what he really was doing was activating the thymus before moving into action. Take a page out of his book to start the energy flowing into your day.

3. Rub the K-27 Points:
The K-27 points are very special points on the body! These points are also used in EFT (emotional freedom technique) to activate the energy system to flow in the correct direction. K-27 will help to strengthen the immune system, improve concentration and alertness. To find K-27 (which is the endpoint of the Kidney meridian) place your fingers at the ends of the collarbone, then slide fingers toward the middle of the collarbone, then drop down about an inch. You will feel a slight indentation. The points often hurt when first stimulated, but this decreases as they are regularly worked. Tapping or rubbing these particular spots will send a wake up message to the brain to adjust your energy so you feel more alert. Getting drowsy during the mid-afternoon meeting with the boss? Work these points!

4. Activate the Spleen Points:
These are neurolympathic points on your spleen meridian, which like the two above will help boost the immune system, energize the body, and balance blood chemistry. How can I locate these points? They are the depression between the 7th and 8th rib, just below the level of the breastbone or sternum. Move your hands beneath your breasts, straight under the nipples, then move down over the next rib. Just like the points mentioned above, they may hurt when being stimulated if not done regularly.

Now Get out of Bed and Continue With…..

5. Dry Brush Your Skin:
Before hopping into the shower, get into the habit of doing a dry brushing of your skin. This technique has numerous benefits such as helping with detoxification, stimulating circulation, increasing cell renewal, cleaning the lymph system, and strengthening immunity to name a few. Using a long handled brush with natural bristles (no synthetic please!), begin to brush the skin. Keeping the brush dry, begin at the feet, and work your way up toward the heart. With vigorous strokes, brush in a circular manner, covering all areas of the body until you reach the heart area. Then begin at the head, and work down, again toward the heart, covering the rest of the body. By the time you are finished, your shower will be for cleansing and not for waking you up.

6. Shower Visualization:
As you wash yourself physically in the shower, try a visualization to clean the energy field that surrounds you (your aura) containing psychic debris. Visualize a light coming through the showerhead along with the water, I like to picture a vibrant violet light. As the light touches the body, imagine it burns off or transmutes any energetic waste that is clinging to your aura, the water will then wash away the subtle particles as they loosen their grip. By the end of the shower, you feel very refreshed!

7. Oil Up:
Once you step out of the shower, all tingly now from each of the prior steps, oil up with one of the best skin conditioners- natural organic coconut oil. When applied topically to the skin, coconut oil helps to keep the skin well moisturized, young, healthy and free of disease. Add coconut oil to your diet and watch the health benefits multiply. End your day by slathering coconut oil onto the skin at night and your youthful looks will be the envy of many.

8. Ditch the Java:
Instead of starting your morning with a cup of coffee, replace it with a hot cup of water containing non-filtered apple cider vinegar and raw honey, 2 tablespoons of each. It is important that this is organic, non-filtered apple cider vinegar to reap the health benefits. Although it may not sound appetizing, it really is not a difficult drink to ingest and becomes quite likeable. Some of the benefits include helping to make you more regular by relieving constipation, improving the texture of the skin, assists in alleviating rashes, plus it makes you feel refreshed and ready to go!

9. Breakfastize!
Defined: The act of creating a simple, easy, well-balanced, nutritious meal to start the day. Remember this is THE MOST important meal of the day. I like to remember this by the following quote “Breakfast like a king, lunch like a lord, and dine like a pauper.” Shipping breakfast slows down general body functioning such as metabolism and then remains low for the rest of the day making it harder for your body to use up the energy from the foods you eat later on.

10. Oxygenate Your Body
This seems so simple, yet we tend to miss this one so many times—to breathe deeply. How many of you reading this now are breathing with small shallow breaths? Come on now, raise your hand, I know who you are! When you find yourself needing that extra burst of energy BREATHE! Take a deep breathe in to the slow count of 3....hold to the slow count of 3.... exhale to the slow count of 3. Do this with focus and intention for a few minutes, then recheck your energy level. If you have done this correctly you've succeeded in truly jump starting your day. With deep breath you are both increasing your vitality while reducing tension.

Now,
Walk in Gratitude through Your Day...More Energized....More Alive!

Take a Break to Meditate

Often thought of as an Easter tradition or custom, meditation is gaining prominence as an enriching practice in the Western world. While meditation for many is a spiritual exercise with a specific form and structure, there is no specific manner in which it must be performed in order to achieve results.

Walking in nature, having some quiet time alone or being at worship can all bring about a meditative state resulting in insights as much as participating in more formal practices. In fact, anything you do that has the effect of centering yourself and tuning into the energies available is the act of meditation.

Basic meditation is the state of quieting the mind to bring about stillness. When this occurs, intuitive information may become available, energies are heightened, and calmness is achieved. This is not something that you can actively do, but is something that you allow to manifest.

The focus of meditation can be on the physical, emotional, mental or spiritual level. Focusing on the physical during meditation can help to improve circulation, lower blood pressure, enhance the immune system and give you more control over your body, especially in the areas of pain management and healing.

Concentration on the emotions can bring about peacefulness, greater understanding of relationships, and help in building a stronger foundation for motivation. Focusing on the mental state helps to bring clarity, creativity and development of conceptual abilities to the mind. On a spiritual level, meditation helps connect us with the Divine Source, brings us in closer contact with our higher self, and opens up new avenues of development.

Meditation can be practiced alone or with others. There are advantages and disadvantages to both approaches. When meditating alone, you have plenty of time and can go as deeply as you wish into a particular meditation. You are free to engage in the practice at a time that is convenient for you and can create your own private space or sanctuary. When engaging in solitary meditation you have no one but yourself to share experiences with and learn from.

Meditation within a group setting can result in stronger mediations and more clarity due to the energy level brought about by the group. It offers a format for sharing experiences so the members can gain insights from each other. The best arrangement would be to use both formats to continue to develop new possibilities and foster growth and development. So if you have not done so already, why not take a break to meditate?

Being: The Next Step

The Evolution of Being is Being.
This simple statement brings into light that which is. Trying to uncover a bigger broader truth is like looking for a certain grain of sand on the beach. All the grains are the same.

Go Forth & Find the Being You Are.
You needn’t look under rocks, in the forest, or in books. You find the being that you are by going within and connecting to the greater source that flows through you at all times.

The Source: Magnificent & Without Words of Description.
The source is you. The source is all that surrounds you. The source is those you love, those you like, those you dislike, those you can’t bear the sight of…There is no discrimination, the source is ALL.

When You Reach the State of Being
You are vibrating at your highest level. This state allows you to express the truest part of yourself. This essence then expands outward to reach and affect the entire environment. Once you step into this space you recognize it by the way it feels and the way you feel. As you become more aware of this feeling you will return to this space for longer and longer periods of time and it will be an easier shift, to the point that it is instantaneous.

Alignment : The Space of Perfection Within
It opens the doors to greater experiences that yield higher learnings. Alignment is the place where we what to reside for the greater portion of our time because it is our natural state of being.

This is not a long, indepth piece of writing. The words are simple, the meaning- deep, the impact of understanding-profound. A gentle reminder from the guys in the back room of my mind.

Stuff, Stuff, and More Stuff....

Ohhh! Noooooo! Not again…trying to maneuver my way around and
through the rooms in our home…STUFF, STUFF everywhere…on the
tables, chairs, cabinets, counters, closets, floors.. Room after room of
clutter…a problem that grows like a sour dough bread starter…
unrelentless and out of control…

My husband and I are too much alike in many ways… which allows the
STUFF problem to multiply unchecked…each in our own way-- packrats…
well, let’s strike that…I think I prefer collectors…sounds more
sophisticated to the untrained ear….

When we were first married 21 years ago we lived in a nice size apartment
that quickly outgrew our STUFF…I lamented, “Oh if we only had a house
with more room, we wouldn’t be so crowded!”….Six months later we were
in our first house….six months after that we had filled each and every
room with more, exciting new STUFF…now mind you, although I am
saying new STUFF, we generally collect old STUFF…you know the kind
that is used from the thrift store, flea market or garage sale… that STUFF
is such a great bargain…and because it is usually so cheap…you can buy
tons more of it…even though we don’t need or necessarily want the
STUFF … it looks and feels cool at the time…and who knows when we
can have a real purpose for this STUFF.

Oh yeah….let’s not forget the other STUFF that comes into our lives as
well…when someone is moving and they are trying to get rid of their
STUFF they have accumulated over a lifetime…we somehow become
a STUFF magnet…whup! quick, duck your head, here comes another
piece of beaten up shabby furniture into the house….

Then there is always the person who comes and shares your driveway for
a garage sale, where most of the STUFF doesn’t sell and so their STUFF is
left for you to bring to the thrift store but somehow it never makes it there,
preferring to take up residence in your storage unit that was once known as
a garage….now let’s not forget the inheritance STUFF we get when a family
member passes on…now this is STUFF that we just can’t get rid of…
imagine what Uncle Roger would think if we gave away his collection of
old bottles that he found when he was dump picking old foundations…

Talking about dump picking….my husband has a keen eye for the treasures
retrieved from the trash or the side of the road….mind you I would never
tell anyone they are sitting on an antique chair that came from, well never
mind…and last but not least is the trash that is thrown out at work…it
could be where my husband works…where a friend of his works…or
where a friend of a friend of a friend works…Scott has definitely elevated
the art of networking to high levels…because you just never know when
you are going to need all this STUFF….

Then after two children we out STUFFed our first home….I lamented,
“If we only had a bigger house with a layout that made sense, we would
have plenty of room.” Guess you can say I am a real slow learner in
some areas…it didn’t take too long before our new house could no longer
hold all the STUFF we had….we trained our children well...they are
STUFFers too…so we bought a shed…then another…then filled the
garage…then rented a storage unit a few miles from the house...
Ok! Ok! Ok!

Now I have to admit…. I am just as bad as all the other STUFFers in
our house…I have my large collections of STUFF…my books…my stones
and crystals…my crafts…my healing tools…my gizmos and gadgets….but I
finally think I have reached my limit and I am STUFFed out!

Enough is enough!
2008 is the year to Zen-ize my life…
Simplify … Reduce… Release …

I found this great website that is inspiring for the other STUFF collectors
out there like me who have had the light bulb moment….check out
Fly Lady at http://www.flylady.net/ and see what you can do to
inspire yourself as well!

I just felt I needed to get this out there…to have it float around through
cyber space so that I can make myself feel accountable to do what I am
saying I am going to do..

The Steps I Intend to Take:

1. Go through each room as described by Fly Lady to get my STUFF
that I plan to get rid of…

2. Then what to do? To keep it out of the trash…

….Donate back to the Thrift Stores
….Give to charity or organizations that can use the STUFF
….Put what I can on E Bay

3. Take Pictures and Record the Process to help keep myself
accountable

One of the things that really got me going in this direction was the great
video that I have posted below…it is called The Story of Stuff… a
must see!

Until next time….
